The food was varied and tasty, and the restaurant staff were attentive and quick to clear the tables. Check-in was friendly and fast, and although the rooms are small, they were cleaned daily. Bar staff were friendly too, and even with the queue system we only waited a minute or two. Sarah, the TUI rep, was so friendly and efficient, arranged trips quickly, and kept in touch. A short walk through a little park takes you straight to a beautiful beach, and there are also a few shops, including a pharmacy, within walking distance. The hotel is adult only and all inclusive, with friendly, helpful staff throughout. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, though an extra couple of drawers would have helped. The pool is lovely, and there's plenty to do if you don't want to spend the whole day beside it. The entertainment team are amazing, with games for all ages and abilities. The buffet restaurant is generally very good and has something for everyone. For €3, a short bus ride gets you into Alcudia's centre, with its shops and restaurants; another five minutes takes you to the Old Town, which is well worth a visit. For exploring without the very busy market, avoid Tuesday and Sunday. I'd go back in a flash.

The beach is amazing, with clear, stunning water and awesome views. It's about a minute's walk from the hotel, though a beach lounger costs €18.20 for the day. We spent 11 days here and will definitely return. Food and drink are included, the food was very good, and drinks were generous measures. Staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean and spacious, the pool area was nicely presented, and the lifts to the four upper floors were useful. There were books to read too. A few things were frustrating: the swipe card for the apartment door often didn't work and needs sorting, and there were bad drain smells quite often. Smokers were also polluting the hotel entrance, and some smoked and vaped next to the pools.

It's a nice three-star hotel, a bit old but clean and quiet, with smiley staff. The food is good and tasty, and the sea is amazing and very close. If you're travelling alone, you can rent one beach bed for 9.1 Euro instead of having to take a set for two at 18.20 Euro.
