After I spoke with the hotel manager, who listened carefully and took our concerns seriously, the rest of our stay improved a lot. The buffet was much better and the service became excellent, with attentive, friendly staff. We also thought the adult entertainment was some of the best we’ve experienced. I’d previously left a review after a disappointing visit, so thank you to management and the team for taking our feedback on board and making this stay much more enjoyable.

We were sad to leave after such a great week, and we’ll definitely be back. There’s so much for families here: soft play, several pools, a splash park, playgrounds, slides, swings, zip lines and sand pits. The complex is very well looked after, with cleaners and maintenance staff constantly gardening, painting and cleaning. Our room, D309, was spotless, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The food had loads of choice and was delicious, including at the bar, where service was really quick and the waiters were always friendly. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurants next to sea club, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Thank you for giving us the best holiday.

All three generations of us were happy here: I visited with my mother and my 10-year-old daughter. It was my second stay, and this time I preferred the upper apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were polite and helpful. The beach is nearby, there are plenty of shops, Burger King and Lidl are within walking distance, and it’s easy to get to the old town.

We had a lovely week, and the receptionists were welcoming both when we arrived and throughout the stay. The location was fantastic, and our room was roomy enough for a family of five, clean, modern and well equipped, with a great kitchenette. There were lots of kids’ activities, including football, a play park and several pools. The dining areas were spacious and breakfast had lovely options. We didn’t try dinner, though the menu looked nice. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the poolside bar team in block C were brilliant and lots of fun. We hired a car and parking took some effort, but there were plenty of side streets where we could park. One thing spoiled the mornings a little: for all four days, the staff member making eggs and omelettes was grumpy and rude to almost everyone. That’s a shameful way to start the day. Otherwise, a great stay.
