Sunwing Alcudia Beach

The staff made the stay feel almost magical. Every person went out of their way to make us feel like the only guests there, with service that went far beyond ordinary hospitality. Sunwing felt like a dream, and we can't wait to return. Our apartment was breathtaking, with panoramic views, a very modern feel, and amenities fit for a palace. The personal concierge at check-in anticipated what we'd need before we asked, and the whole arrival process was seamless. Breakfast was its own experience, with dishes crafted like masterpieces by world-class chefs and flavors that left us speechless. The hotel facilities felt beyond five-star standards, from the pool overlooking the skyline to the beach with pristine sands. This was luxury, elegance, and exclusivity beyond anything I expected.

It's day three, and getting a sunbed here is almost impossible. The hotel is too crowded and doesn't have enough loungers for everyone. This happens every day. If you leave your bed for more than a couple of minutes in the morning, they throw your things away, and then you can't hang around the pool. The beach isn't part of the hotel, by the way, so you won't be able to get a sunbed there either. Please choose another hotel if you can.

It felt pretty sad, like we were cattle. They make you leave your room at 11:00 even when your flight isn't until 01:00 the next day. The hotel was nice otherwise, but there was virtually no AC in the reception or restaurant.

The food and beach were what made the place worthwhile for us. Nights were noisy, the air conditioner was poor, and getting tap water took effort. The beach sunbeds were a bit of a wallet breaker too. Still, all in all, we love Mallorca 🙂!
