We spent the afternoons sitting by the fireplace, which we loved, and the staff made us feel right at home. The room was clean and had what we needed. We only had breakfast, and it was fine. The location works well for hikes to the falls. Nothing fancy, but good value.

The food was incredible, the service lovely, and both the rooms and gardens had loads of charm. Six of us stayed here during a mountain biking trip across andalusia. A magical place!

Lunch at the rural guesthouse was a lovely end to our weekend. The food, atmosphere, and service were exquisite, and we felt at home. The value for money is unbeatable. Thank you to everyone on staff, and to Ángel and Rocío, for such a wonderful weekend in Aldeaquemada. Our group from the Armidance Association joined two excursions. On Saturday, Ángel guided us and shared his love of nature, explaining the thousands-of-years-old cave paintings in detail and answering all our questions. On Sunday, his daughter Rocío was our guide. She was just as passionate about nature and a superb professional. We visited the famous, spectacular Cimbarra waterfall with her, keeping our voices low so we wouldn’t scare the mother vultures feeding their young.
