Reception staff were friendly, and the location is ideal, just a few minutes from the beach and main promenade. The apartment was clean and quiet, and the pool was nice to use, even if a little small. It seems mostly locals rent the apartments. We were there for five nights, but they wouldn’t wash our towels; they gave us an extra clean set of sheets, which we had to put on ourselves. There was no safe or air conditioning, and of the two fans, one worked and the other barely did. The beds weren’t great. One was a camp bed under another bed, so you were almost lying on the floor, and the apartment felt cramped.

I was there alone for four nights in early April. It cost 200 euros, including 15 euros for early check-in, which was great value. The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was good. I had a nice view over the garden and pool, which I preferred to the city-view apartments. At night the room was cold, as it was early April and the temperatures were cool. There were three heavy blankets, and using them meant I slept well. The beach and airport bus stop are a three-minute walk away. The main promenade, restaurants and shops are about ten minutes on foot, and there’s a small supermarket and bakery 100 meters away. I’d certainly recommend Apartamentos Córcega for value and location as a base in Salou.

For the price, it’s a good fit, and the location is hard to beat: there’s a supermarket next door, with the sea and bus stations a few minutes away. It was cleaned nicely, came with plenty of towels and had fans, so it wasn’t as bad as other reviews made it sound. But the bathroom was poorly equipped, with just one roll of toilet paper and no soap or toilet brush. The kitchen had no soap or sponge either. You can hear everything from outside and the neighbors, so bring earplugs if you plan to sleep there.

I travel to a lot of tourist spots, and these apartments are one of my favorites in salou. They’re really nice and affordable. The cleaners did an amazing job, and the receptionist was a lovely Moroccan girl with amazing English. Thanks for everything.
