The brown bread is the thing I keep thinking about, it's that good. This is a real classic bakery, with everything homemade and delicious. You need to reserve a loaf or arrive early, though, because things sell out quickly.

For a proper Pa amb oli, I still make the trip from Palma to this bakery, as I have for 30 years. They mostly sell bread, and some of the best Mallorcan bread on the island is here. The brown loaf is incredible and, though it costs a lot, it stays almost as good the next day. Definitely worth buying.

We live quite a way from here, but I always find an excuse to come back when I can. The country bread is good, and on Sundays they also make delicious coca, the flatbread.
