La Seguiriya

We had a booking mix-up, but the owner, who speaks English really well, sorted it out without any trouble. She also kept our luggage for free while we went walking. There’s a kettle at reception and cold drinks you can take under an honesty system. Head through the door to the left of reception and you’ll find a lovely balcony patio overlooking the cliff. Booking direct includes breakfast at no extra cost: coffee, orange juice, ham, cheese, toast, butter, jam, egg, tomato, cucumber and a muffin. A really nice hotel with lovely staff, and I’d recommend booking.

Dinner and breakfast were generous and nicely prepared, and the owner and her sister were kind and helpful. We stayed in this sweet, family-run hotel in a central spot. Our room opened onto the shared terrace, with a broad view to the south.

The terrace is hard to beat for its views, and it’s a lovely spot to sit with a drink and enjoy the quiet and nature. We’ve stayed here before, and this time came with two other couples while stopping on a walking holiday. The individual rooms are traditional, clean and comfortable. The food and wine, along with the other drinks, are excellent and very reasonably priced. I can’t quite explain what makes the place so special, but I love it and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was very good and the service excellent. Our room was on the small side, but cozy and comfortable. The little terrace has breathtaking views across the gorge. Such a charming family-run hotel, one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Highly recommended!
