The staff are what made this stay feel personal. Everyone was warm, helpful, and quick to offer directions or anything else, which made the hotel feel welcoming. It’s right in the center of Zamora, with the sights, shops, and restaurants easy to reach on foot. The room was roomy and comfortable, with a good bed and the basics covered. The bathroom was spotless, and the room itself was clean. Breakfast was straightforward but fresh: coffee, bread, juice, and fruit. For me, this is the best hotel in Zamora. It’s comfortable, well run, and I’d happily come back.

David was so friendly and attentive in the cafeteria, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was the one letdown: the setup is hard to follow, and the choice of food could be better.

Getting to the station or city center was easy from here. The room had plenty of space, though it wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping knocked twice even though the do not disturb sign was up, and the first knock seemed to have no reason.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. My room was tiny, like a prison cell, and smelled of sewage. The hallways had a stale smoke smell. Its only window looked into a dark air shaft, and the building is extremely old in a bad way. They still use plastic punch-card keys, something I haven’t seen since the 80s. The staff were all unpleasant and unhelpful. I had to leave a bag at reception because they wouldn’t let me check out an hour later, and they completely destroyed it. Then they said they’d compensate me, but over the following weeks I got endless emails and no compensation. Everything else about the stay was absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.
