The decor in each room has its own quirky feel, and everything works well. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price is good. Check-in times are a little odd, though you can get used to them.

Elena made check-in feel so welcoming and kind. After a four-hour drive, the chilled water waiting for us was especially welcome. The room stayed cool even in 42-degree heat, and everything was super clean. I loved the distinctive decor, and the little kitchen was tucked away but had what we needed for tea, coffee, or a light meal. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillows were firmer than I like. Even the bathroom hairdryer beat the one I have at home. It’s right in the heart of Almagro, just a few minutes’ walk from the main sights. Five stars from me.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. Our stylish room was beautiful and really comfortable, with a big shower. Tea, coffee, and water were provided too. This was the best hotel so far on our trip, and I’d happily stay again.

Pilar was a great host and spoke English well, which made things easy since my Spanish is pretty poor. She suggested places to visit and good spots to eat and drink. The bed was warm and comfortable, there were plenty of useful amenities, and getting in and parking were easy. Such a quaint, one-of-a-kind place in a beautiful, classic Spanish village. I really enjoyed being here.
