The location is the one real plus. Parking isn’t at the hotel and was quite far away, so we left the car on the street nearby. The rooms were okay, but don’t count on an extra bed or breakfast for your child, which is what we’d expect as standard. Breakfast wasn’t in the hotel either. You have to go to a nearby café, and that wasn’t mentioned when booking. I’ll definitely choose somewhere else next time.

They may cancel your reservation. I booked and received confirmation for a non-refundable one-night stay, then later got a notification apologizing for my cancellation. That doesn’t make sense for a non-refundable booking. I can’t comment on the hotel itself, but the way they terminate bookings is concerning.

Manu, if I remember the name right, was so kind and helpful. Really good customer service. Thank you for your support and kindness. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel has incredibly thin walls. On two separate occasions during our short stay, we could clearly hear neighboring rooms being used for activities involving escort workers. We also found bedbugs in the bed and had to leave to find somewhere else to stay. When we raised it with the owner, they refused to refund us. We reported the hotel to local trading standards to investigate both cleanliness and the use of the premises. Please avoid it. If you’ve had similar problems, consider reporting them to the local council too.

The staff were very polite, pleasant, and helpful. They tried to speak English and gave us useful information. It was clean and just right for what we needed. I’d definitely stay again.
