We were in room 112 while planning our wedding for next year. It was comfortable and relaxing, with a really nice layout, and we’d stay again. The hotel was very clean and well managed, and breakfast had a good range of choices.

We couldn’t get a comfortable night’s sleep because the room was around 25°C. We were told on arrival that, in winter, the air conditioning is locked to heating and can’t cool the room. The only fix offered was to open a window onto a noisy walkway. The listing clearly advertised air conditioning, but didn’t make the seasonal limitation clear. Staff tried to explain it away instead of sorting out the problem, and the hotel offered only a 15% reduction, which felt minimal given the inconvenience. It was a disappointing stay and a poor response to a straightforward customer issue. I’d recommend checking in advance whether cooling is available if room temperature matters to you.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were terrific. It was very comfortable and great value, just a block from the beach.

We had a great overnight stay, with excellent service from friendly, helpful staff. The lack of amenities is why I gave it four stars. Otherwise it’s an excellent hotel, and I’d stay again if I’m in the area.
