Destino Guadalest - Boutique Apartment by Cases Noves

Toni and Sofi run Cases Noves with real care, and it’s the number one place to dine in Guadalest. Breakfast starts with a beautifully presented plate of local fruit, then yogurt, fruit coulis, and a pastry, followed by local cheeses and cold meats, scrambled eggs, bacon toast, and homemade jams. My friend and I didn’t need lunch, which gave us more time to explore. For dinner there are menu options, and Sofi sources ingredients daily for the menu of the day. The result feels like fine dining. The welcome and attention to detail were what you’d expect from a five-star-plus place, and the comfortable boutique apartment, a great addition to the Cases Noves Hotel, was the icing on the cake. Every need was covered, and we had the best night’s sleep we’ve had since moving to Spain. This is the perfect starting and ending point for exploring beautiful Guadalest. I’m sure we’ll return. Book early if you plan a visit, as this gem is never empty.
