Pension Restaurante Paramo

I only stopped by the bar for a beer, hoping to get some tapas at 5 pm since I hadn’t eaten. The regulars were smoking inside, and the only tapa available was a bit of bread with three chunks of cheese for €2.70. It was dirty, the service was bad and nobody seemed enthusiastic. Awful. I won’t go back.

José Manuel and the cleaning lady were absolutely delightful. They were attentive and made us feel right at home. We’d never stayed in a hostel before, but our few days in La Herradura, where we come every year, went perfectly. The rooms are simple, though the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works great and the bathroom is perfect. Everything was very clean, and we parked right outside without any trouble, even during the busiest part of the year, August 11-16. It was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much for everything.

The service was unbeatable, and the hostel was so comfortable. It felt just like home.

We were very happy with our stay. For a one-star hostel, it's really good, with a clean room, lovely views, a terrace and a private bathroom. La Herradura beach is very close, just 200 meters away. The one downside is having to walk along the road for a bit.
