The pool was lovely, clean and well kept, and gave us a great place to relax. The hotel was calm, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Reception were excellent, friendly and professional, and always ready to help; both check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they made us feel welcome. The main dining room team also stood out for their attentive, polite service and genuine care about guests' experience. There was no halal meat, which limited the food choices for Muslim guests. It would be great if the hotel offered halal options in future. We also would have appreciated tea or coffee facilities in the room. Apart from those small points, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

The pools are great, though crowded, and the bars have anything you want but long lines. The rooms are nice, but look like they were built fast, as you can see in the photos. This hotel has its ups and downs, but it does the job for families. If you want a posh stay, this definitely isn't the place, though rooms on floor one have really nice balconies.

The pool was tidy and never felt crowded, and the staff serving us were kind and helpful. The food was the real highlight, especially the huge seafood selection and all the choices. Our room was clean, but the toiletries were disappointing. The shampoo left my low-maintenance hair a complete mess, and there was no conditioner, which seemed odd for a four-star hotel. The shampoo was labeled “conditioning,” but it definitely wasn't. Body lotion gave me a rash even though my skin usually causes no problems. There was no bottled water in the room either. So, a great hotel in some ways, particularly for the food, but a letdown in others.

We spent a week there in late October with our two kids and had a great time. The place isn't perfect, but the setting is beautiful and the staff are amazing. For the price and everything together, I couldn't give it less than five stars. I'd happily stay again if I'm back in that part of Spain.
