The setting around Alocén is lovely, and being so close to the Entrepeñas reservoir gives you plenty of ways to enjoy nature and spend time outdoors. The house itself is thoughtfully equipped and clearly cared for. We had a great weekend there with friends, and it can comfortably fit up to six couples. Thanks to Victor for being so attentive and welcoming. We’d happily come back. There’s lots of room to spend time together, with a huge living room beside the kitchen and a downstairs sitting area with foosball. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made things especially convenient for our group. The barbecue and covered gazebo with tables and chairs were great for being outside, and the whole house was spotless and well maintained.

There’s a lot of space to gather, with a very large living room and a bar that runs its full length. The old mill has been turned into a guesthouse with six double rooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is small but adequate, and there’s a barbecue and outdoor dining table. The house is fantastic and Victor, the owner, is very friendly. It’s quite isolated, so bring supplies, as the nearest supermarket is 20 km away.

We really enjoyed both the village and the house, and I’d definitely stay here again. It’s one of the best rural houses I’ve been to. Víctor and his wife were lovely, always ready to help with a couple of issues and make our stay as good as possible. The bedrooms are well separated from the living room, so noise wasn’t a problem, and everything was spotless. The kitchen is small, but there are several refrigerators by the bar, so we never ran out of space. The huge living room with its bar makes the house especially suited to groups.
