Arenal Suites Preciados

It was a very negative experience. When we arrived, the access code didn't work, and we couldn't get in for hours. We only got a new code around 16:00. Once we finally entered, the place was unacceptable: the bathroom was dirty, the sheets weren't clean, and there were insects. The conditions were clearly unsanitary. No solution was offered, whether cleaning, a change of accommodation, or assistance, so we had to leave immediately. The most disappointing part was the accommodation's complete lack of response or responsibility afterward. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The location is good, but at that price you can find hotels with a receptionist and actual people to speak to. I won't be back. I spent more than 30 minutes out on the street waiting for someone to show up. Customer service was nonexistent. I called again and again and only got an automated message. Their website had been hacked, and I got a call from an Indian number trying to charge me again. I spent two days trying to reach the "hotel" before they finally deigned to reply.

Communication with the owners was easy, and the apartment (A) was very quiet and in a great location. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need: a hairdryer, iron, safe, air conditioning, coffee maker, moka pot, toaster, kettle, cutlery, glasses, cups, and plates.

The food was even better than the excellent service. I 1000% recommend the shawarma and soups, everything was so good. I'll be back!
