The worst part came on our departure day, when we found a bedbug on the bed. The bites on me and my partner backed that up. We reported it, but the response felt dismissive: they said there hadn't been earlier complaints and that they'd look into it. Bedbugs can be hard to spot and spread quickly. We stayed three nights, and despite the room and bathroom looking clean at first, the stay was deeply regrettable. Our room was trapped between buildings, with no fresh air, daylight, or quiet because a restaurant was right beside the accommodation. The booking hadn't mentioned that reception was somewhere else, so we had to haul our bags to the apartment, or that nobody spoke anything but Spanish, which made communication difficult. The building was in bad shape, with construction going on, dust everywhere, no entrance lighting, and a broken elevator. This happened recently. I don't recommend staying here and won't return.
