The room was very clean, and its interior had a consistent style that suited the old building. WiFi was good, though the signal in the room wasn’t strong. Check-in had some serious problems. After booking, I got a generic message from the owner telling me to use an online platform, but it wasn’t working properly. I let the owner know and asked what to do, but never got a reply, just another generic check-in reminder. When we arrived, there was no reception, only a sign with three phone numbers and key boxes on the wall. The first number listed, which was also the one on booking.com, said it wasn’t assigned. At first it felt a little like a scam. We called one of the other numbers, eventually got a key for one of the boxes, and then everything worked.

Great value for money. They explained how to collect the keys, and Ester was incredibly attentive and always ready to help. Just remember it’s a hostel, not a 5-star hotel. I highly recommend it, and we’ll be back. Thank you.

The place is small and noisy, with a bar downstairs where people seem to be staying. There’s no reception when you arrive, just phone numbers on the door to call. That setup works well enough, but nobody tells you about it when you book, so finding the hostel completely shut was a bit unsettling.

Really good for the price, and a cozy place to stay. There’s a bar close by where you can get breakfast or a drink.
