We came from Ireland, and Harrisons made my fiancé Declan and our dog feel so welcome. We loved the amenities and games room, and the location was perfect for restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the father and daughter from Cuba, who made our stay special. The room was beautiful and the place gorgeous, with a good price too. We planned to stay two nights and ended up staying four. We recommend it.

There were long black hairs in several places when I checked in, and the beds shook whenever a train went past. The gate is locked at midnight, loud bad music plays from the bar, there’s no air conditioning, and a busy parking lot sits outside the windows of half the rooms. When I raised these problems, the manager got confrontational and threatened me instead of apologizing or trying to work out a solution. He wanted to kick me out without refunding the unused night. So now I’ll have to stay in the room long enough today that he can’t rent it to someone else before I leave for my new hotel booking. A totally appalling experience. Definitely not a place to stay.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the sheets were changed every day. The staff were very helpful.

The room was nice and warm, and the people working there were nice. The place is lovely and only a short train ride from Bilbow, with the station about 100 metres away.

A pleasant yard and terrace, and kind staff. The place is nice, though the breakfast and Wi-Fi could be better.
