The owner and his family gave us excellent service, and we had a relaxing time chatting with the owner after a full day at the restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the place is quiet, surrounded by nice nature. It’s a little way from Amurrio center, but free parking was still available after 22:00. Check-in was possible after 20:00 because the restaurant next to the hotel stays open until 22:00.

We visited Amurrio for a family event in October 2022 and stayed at Saiaritz. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and we really liked the balcony. We also enjoyed eating at the hotel’s restaurant Ruperto. It’s a lovely family-run business with a high standard of service. The owners were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Thank you!

10/10
The owners were incredibly friendly and obliging, and breakfast was substantial enough to keep us going all day. Our twin room was quiet and spacious enough, with fresh bedding and towels. It’s a characterful local hotel, newly built and immaculately maintained. It felt like being part of a community instead of staying in a faceless roadside box. I’d definitely return.

The rooms are clean and modern, and both dinner and breakfast were good. The owners do everything they can to make you feel welcome, and the service was excellent. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay!

The staff were outstanding, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. I’d come back if I’m in the area again. Breakfast was a good Spanish spread, and the coffee was excellent.
