6/10
There’s free underground parking, and the staff were friendly. The room had plenty of space, a comfortable bed and a desk that worked well for getting some work done. The heating and air conditioning were noisy, though, and the TV felt small for the size of the room. The cafeteria was fine, just don’t expect anything too elaborate.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. It’s a nice hotel in a very small town.

The menu was overpriced, and the service was poor. The people running the hotel didn’t seem professional.

2/10
The central location came with a lot of noise at night, and I couldn’t get to sleep until after 2 a.m. Other guests on the floor also ignored quiet hours and the noise rules. The hotel didn’t do anything about it. Breakfast was another problem: we were given a piece of toast with mold, which is completely unacceptable. Hygiene and food safety should be standard, and I attached a photo as proof. From the start, the staff were unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help with questions or problems. It made for an uncomfortable stay, far from what I expected.
