I travel by bicycle and had no trouble being accommodated here. The hotel’s services and location were top notch. Antequera is a truly charming historic place, and this hotel feels like a symbol of it. 7/5, that’s my rating. (I stayed here!)

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the small room was lovely. The place is very central, close to the tourist attractions, with a great restaurant just around the corner for dinner.

Everything was spotless during the few days I spent there with my uncle, and the staff were very attentive. Alba and Julieta deserve a special mention. They greeted us with a smile whenever we arrived or left. We’ll definitely come back. 100% recommended!

Room 110 is really bad. At first the view seems promising, looking out onto the square, but it turns out to be an alley.

We arrived at 10pm and check-in went fine. The room was clean and okay, but after we went out for a meal, we realized we’d forgotten our keycard and couldn’t get back in until 8am. There was no reception staff and no emergency number to call for access. Yes, forgetting the card was our fault, but it happens all over the world and shouldn’t be a big problem. I find it shocking that there was nobody we could contact at all. Very poor, and a dangerous way for a hotel to operate. Guests need to be able to reach a staff member in an emergency.
