The garden and outdoor areas are lovely for a walk, and the pool is reserved for guests. There’s also a pergola with a dining space and a barbecue, which makes summer days easy to enjoy. Inside, the main living room has a large fireplace, and the bedrooms have heating for winter. The house sleeps 13 and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. It’s in the middle of Andalusia, close to Antequera and within a little over an hour of the major cities. Antequera itself is well worth seeing for its beauty and history.

The owners are delightful, and the pool is beautiful. The house is handy for visiting Seville, Cordoba, and lovely Antequera, though getting there means taking a barely passable road for the last 4 kilometers. The place itself is fairly average, unless you’re after rustic charm and don’t mind mosquitoes.

The outdoor patio is spacious, with a large porch, and the pool entrance has a small wooden gate that’s useful with little kids. The bathrooms are very well equipped. The kitchens are tiny, but using the whole complex works well since there are three of them. Just be aware that if your group doesn’t book the entire farmhouse, you may share it with families you don’t know. We’d definitely come back if we could use the whole place.

A lovely spot for a family or friends’ holiday, especially for the gardens and pool. It’s centrally placed in Andalusia, with everything close by.
