Sunset photos come out great from this peaceful viewpoint, where you can take in the Alhambra, Granada, and Sierra Nevada. It’s less crowded than San Nicolás and feels more local and authentic.

There’s a paid parking lot nearby, and I remember it being cheap enough that it wasn’t a burden. It’s difficult to compare the view with St. Nicholas's Viewpoint, which you can’t reach by car, particularly in the hot summer weather. Still, I enjoyed the lovely view over Granada’s city center and would recommend the spot.

We visited early in the morning and found the area quiet. The view stretches for miles and is amazing. I imagine it gets busier around sunset. This is one of the stops on the Granada Tour Bus. From here we walked to Mirador de San Nicolas to watch the sunset and see the Alhambra in the evening.

You can drive up, cycle, or get an Uber, and there’s parking as well as wheelchair access. Kids can come too, though there’s no playground. The view is great, and there’s a walk from a very old market. It’s best to walk down afterward to get a feel for the little streets, stairs, and impressive house entrances.

The place is stunning and absolutely worth visiting! The streets are narrow, so little kids may be more comfortable being carried than riding in a stroller, which can get quite a shake. There’s a mosque on the left for Muslim visitors to pray. It’s beautiful and clean, and the people there are really friendly.
