Arteaga Hostal & Baños Árabes Elvira

Carmen and the other staff we met were so welcoming and thoughtful. We got a lovely card and chocolates when we arrived, and when they found out it was my birthday, they brought me a little treat too. That personal touch made the place feel special, and we'd happily stay again. Hostal Arteaga is close to both the Cathedral and Albaicin, and the rooms have what you need: comfortable beds, decent showers, a small fridge with free bottled water, and a kettle for tea and coffee. We picked up milk at a local supermarket. Breakfast isn't provided, but the friendly staff can point you to nearby places to eat.

We found the room clean and comfortable, and everyone working at the hostal was kind and helpful. It's near Elvira street, a handy base for getting around the historic city centre. I'd recommend it.

The bathrooms and toilets were roomy, clean, airy, and nicely designed. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and the location is great. It's an older place, which gives it an authentic charm, and there may be little surprises waiting in the rooms :) The price is very reasonable.

I've stayed here twice this year, and even found a lovely card on my bed the second time ☺️. The staff are amazing, everything is very clean, and the location is great. The building has real charm, and the baños just downstairs are great too. This is my favorite hostal in Granada. I recommend it whether you're visiting for a couple of days or a week. Just book it!
