We spent five days without WiFi, and reception wasn't helpful at all. A dishwashing liquid and sponge on the kitchen counter would have been nice too. Service really matters during a hotel stay, and this place fell completely short. A smile, basic courtesy, and some willingness to help would've made a big difference. Based on the service alone, I wouldn't recommend it.

For roughly 300 quid, these lovely bungalows are top notch, even if they aren't luxurious. The staff are friendly and professional, and you're only a few minutes from the airport and very close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The bedroom had air-conditioning, not the living room, but leaving the door open cooled the whole bungalow down fast. Hiring the air-conditioning remote costs €6, refunded when you return it. We'd absolutely stay again. The pool is the one gripe. Signs say not to reserve sunbeds, but people leave towels on them and disappear every time. They should enforce that policy, like every hotel should. Apart from that, perfect.

The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely and always helpful. The main shops and bars in El Castillo are just minutes away. The pool is massive, though there aren't enough sunbeds for all the residents, so get there early. I'd definitely recommend this resort and book again.

The location is really good, with shops and restaurants close by. The apartment is convenient and has what you need, and the pool is nice, though its heater was on only once during our week. It was cold, windy, and rainy on four of the seven days, and the heater was off when the weather was bad. The WiFi also didn't work properly for the first two days. When I asked the guy at the pool bar, he said it was because of the heat. Manuel makes really nice cocktails there, but they're a bit pricey. We paid for three people but the apartment had supplies for two. They gave us extra towels when we asked, but when we requested another quilt because it was freezing at night, they said there weren't any. They only had those horrible textured blankets that feel like they go right through you when they touch your skin. Bring warm layers if more than two people are staying, or one of you could end up freezing. I'd recommend the watersports at the port, about a 10-15 minute walk along the beach. The stay was good overall, but that's why I'm giving it two stars.
