Elba Palace Golf Boutique Hotel

The arrival hall makes a strong first impression, and our room was spacious and pleasant. The location is ideal if you enjoy golf or want to try it. We stayed on half board. As long-time Fuerteventura fans, we've been sampling the island's higher-end hotels, so we expected more from this one. Dinner was a letdown. The buffet starters felt ordinary and the main dishes were often disappointing. We care about good food and tend to seek out quality restaurants at home. Staff were a mixed bag: some were genuinely friendly, while others seemed tired and impersonal. At checkout nobody asked how the stay had been, and some replies during our visit were curt. On arrival, the person had no time to explain anything and told us to read the paper. The pool was refreshing, but the sunbeds needed a morning clean. A few had obvious pigeon droppings on them. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, apparently because it's switched off in winter, which was unfortunate. For a 4-star hotel, I'd rate it 4/5. At 5 stars, I expected more.

A lovely little hotel with its own golf course and practice areas. We couldn't have had a better week. Many thanks to all the amazing staff!

We always enjoy playing the course, and the greens were excellent. Roberto is a kind gentleman who takes care of the golfers and keeps things running smoothly. This was our third visit, and we hope to return soon. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Mulud served our evening drinks and was consistently warm and helpful. He's a credit to the hotel.

This is a quiet place for reading or a golf resort holiday. The pool is tranquil, with no flumes or similar, and the adults-only setting is a big plus. If you're after a party beach holiday, it isn't for you. The dining room food is excellent, with an extensive salad bar, and customer service is first class. There are too many staff names to mention; we've enjoyed many visits over the years, having lived nearby in Triquivijate. The rooms have Canarian style, and the courtyard does too. Beds are very comfortable and maid service excellent. For me, Elba Palace is the best hotel in Caleta De Fuste.
