The location was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, but my stay was awful. You could hear absolutely everything through the walls, from conversations to TVs and phones ringing, all night long. The heater also wouldn't work properly. A staff member showed me how to turn it off, but that didn't work either, and the heat was unbearable. At 2 a.m., I tried to get help, since they said reception was open 24 hours, but nobody was there or replied. I ended up sleeping with the windows open on a 1°C night. It wasn't worth it.

An absolute gem. The staff were super friendly and kind, and the location made it easy to get to all the attractions. Easy to recommend.

Really good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly, our room was very clean, and the location is right in the center, close to the Royal Palace.

The location is the real standout here, hard to beat. My room was tiny and the hotel itself is very basic, but it was clean and comfortable enough. The staff were friendly and efficient. The soundproofing isn't great, though it didn't bother me, maybe I got lucky with the neighbours. I'd happily book again if I came back with a similar budget.

The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were really welcoming and happy to help with suggestions for places to see and eat. The location is a big plus: the metro is right outside, restaurants and shops are all around, and the main attractions are about a 5-10 minute walk away. The room is very small, though, and gets awkward to move around in if you have a big suitcase. The walls are thin too, so noisy neighbours can make it hard to sleep. For the price, it's good value in central Madrid.
