Fuerte Holiday Sunset Boulevard

Our parents were left waiting in the car for three and a half hours because the owner, who was due to hand over the keys between 12:00 and 13:00, didn't arrive until 16:00. The place was nothing like the online listing. The garden was wrecked, the pool was closed without us being told, and there was dirt, rubble and bags of rocks everywhere. Planks blocked the path to the apartment. Inside, it smelled musty. The owner apparently didn't know about the condition and only told us to open a window. A light switch had been pulled out of the wall, and dirt covered the terrace, tables and chairs. The bathroom smelled awful, the mop bucket was broken, the shower curtain was torn, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. We'd said we needed to check out at 6:00 PM, and the owner had accepted that. Later she called it a mistake and said she didn't know who had approved it. When I pointed out that it was her, she said she'd marked it as valid by mistake and that we had to leave at 11:00 AM. The power went out the night before and on our departure day, so we went to a nearby café for breakfast. While we were eating, the owner called and demanded the key back. I explained that we had no electricity and that, because I'm diabetic, I needed to eat and couldn't wait. She insisted it had to be returned at 11:00 AM as agreed or they wouldn't give back our €100 deposit. We were promised we could use the pool after handing over the keys, but in the end we couldn't use it at all.
