The spa across the way was a real bonus, so book your time there ahead. We had a great stay in a well-equipped house, complete with a rooftop terrace. It’s dog friendly too, and there are lovely trails along the river. The owners were very nice, and we’re definitely planning to return.

The canyon views from the jacuzzi and sauna are fantastic, and I enjoyed watching the vultures that are around all year through my scope. I’ve also explored the hills near the village, with even more spectacular views. Nearby Siguenza has a great mix of tapas bars and restaurants. I’ve stayed here many times and love both the area and the spotlessly clean accommodation. The owner is very welcoming and speaks English, Italian and Spanish. Well worth a visit.
