There are just two rooms being used as a hotel here, in an apartment inside an office building. Each room has its own bathroom, but you have to use the intercom every time you enter the building. You can hear noises from the next room, including snoring, so there’s very little privacy. To me, this is an apartment renting out private rooms, not a hotel.
We left as soon as we arrived, even though we’d booked only two hours earlier, and didn’t get our money back. I didn’t want to share a house with her, and that arrangement hadn’t been mentioned anywhere. It turned out to be a room in her apartment. She kept my money. Thief!!
Right in the center, the property is in a magnificent location, yet it’s quiet enough to get a good rest. It was very clean, and the hostess was friendly. I’ll definitely return to Mirador de Isolda if I’m in the area again. ✨💜✨
The worst place I’ve stayed in a long time. THIEF!!!!!! And I mean it in capital letters!!! They advertise this as a hotel, and it’s not cheap, but it’s only a room in a shared apartment. When we complained and asked for a refund, they rudely refused and kept the money.
Pathetic. It’s a shared apartment, and that isn’t specified. We didn’t stay there, but they kept our money. You could call it robbery.
