Parking is available on the street for a fee, and breakfast was nice. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful. It's a comfortable hotel in a central spot, very close to the Royal Palace.

A great independent hotel that welcomes dogs, in a really good location. Highly recommend it.

We won't stay here again. The location is good, but it was overpriced and we couldn't sleep: the air conditioning unit's light was very bright, along with the emergency exit light, and the room was lit up. Then, after a sleepless night, the shower holder was broken, and it looked like it had been that way for a long time. I politely mentioned both problems at reception and asked for compensation, but was bluntly and rudely told no.

Good restaurant and service, and the price is great for the location. There’s no elevator, which is common in many European hotels, but if you have back trouble or difficulty carrying things, I wouldn't recommend it.

The breakfast was nice: churros or porras, coffee, and a glass of juice. The station is about a 15-20 minute walk away, while bars, restaurants, and the main sights are nearby. My rooms were clean, and I had two good stays. I had booked twice separately, though, so I had to check out and then check in again straight away. They needed my passport again, and the second check-in took about ten minutes.
