The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the sights, with parking beside the hotel entrance. The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and had a nice bathroom. We stayed two nights in the summer of 2013 and found the service friendly. Aranjuez is worth visiting for its history, beautiful palaces, and gardens. We had fabulous food and a great atmosphere at Rana Verde, eating outside in the garden at a table right next to the river Tajo. I can recommend the hotel.

We stay here on our way south, maybe twice a year, because it suits us. The staff are always friendly and give us a warm welcome. It feels like they're pleased to see us.

We've stayed here 8 times and can't fault it. The rooms are large and comfortable, with en suites, and there's free parking. The lovely staff and location very close to the palace make it a perfect stop to break up the trip from fuengirola to the Bilbo ferry.
