This place claims to be the ultimate Spa Hotel, but getting a spa experience seems to come with endless conditions. Reception staff were rude and dismissive, the promises on their own website weren’t kept, and breakfast was awful, literally bought from Mercadona. Save your money and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it.

The rooms were clean and really good, but nobody was around at night. One day our room wasn’t cleaned because they said the door sign was set to “do not disturb.” They hadn’t messaged us about it, and when we got back in the afternoon, they said there was nobody available to do anything. Breakfast is 7 euros, though you can find it nearby for 5. Up to you!

Our massage therapist was fantastic and made us feel comfortable and close. We had a great spa experience and I’d definitely go again. Just wish someone had told us that drinks at the International Restaurant down the street are charged on weekends and bank holidays.

The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was clean and had a nice, new bathroom. The location was good, and the service felt both professional and friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic, though enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but this didn’t feel like a four-star hotel. I couldn’t find the spa, and there was no solarium. I’d wanted to relax and get a tan, so I went up to the roof, only to find what looked like a building site. I wish there were a clear way to check what a four-star rating actually means.
