The pool was a bright spot. It was cleaned daily and had no litter around it. The hotel looked well presented at first, the staff seemed friendly enough, and the general cleanliness was good, though not great. The bar was tidy and maintained, if dated, but the serving staff were rude. The rooms were tiny, with thin walls that let us hear everything. We didn’t use the kids’ club. The restaurant was a disappointment. The food was bland and repetitive, and some of it was hard to identify, what I called “mystery meat”. It had lots of bone and seemed poorly prepared. Staff seating us and clearing tables were abrupt and snappy. Near the end of the week, we got an afternoon snack from the snack bar and found raw chicken. It was completely undercooked. When I showed a staff member, she quickly took it away and said she’d speak to the kitchen. Nothing else happened, no apology or follow-up. My partner has been quite unwell since eating that raw chicken. This could have seriously harmed me and my family, and it’s the last thing you expect after paying for a week in the sun. I look forward to hearing a response. What should have been a much-needed week away quickly became a disaster.

For families, there’s a lot to do here. The water park is well worth it if that’s your thing, and the hotel has slides for kids, though height restrictions apply. There are small slides and a snack bar near one pool, a bigger pool with a bar and seats in the water, games each day, and good evening entertainment for the kids. It’s a huge hotel, so it can get noisy, but you might find a quiet corner if you look around. We had plenty of sunbeds when we arrived, and the ice cream van by reception is brilliant. Our room was basic and a little cramped. Reception and the TUI rep were really helpful when I explained what we needed, and they made the stay more comfortable. If I came back, I’d book a larger room and pay for gold all inclusive. The hotel is disabled friendly, and the beach is about a 15 minute walk away. Take a walk down some of the back streets for shops and bars. The food wasn’t quite to our taste, and it was warm rather than hot. People come from all over, so tastes vary. The place is ideal for families, with lots for the kids to do, good pools, and slides.

My daughter already says she wants to come back next summer, so we’ll probably return. We spent a week here at the end of August. It wasn’t perfect, but I wasn’t expecting perfection. The location was great, the pool and entertainment were good, especially for kids, and the animation crew were terrific. Staff were friendly, and the all inclusive had plenty of different food.

We loved staying here and would recommend it. The room was spacious, lovely, and spotless, with the sheets changed daily and the room cleaned every day. Staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. There are four swimming pools, including an indoor one for a swim out of the hot sun, and plenty of choice. The restaurants served a great range of food, even for our fussy five year old. Kids can also use the games room, which adults enjoyed too, with its arcade-style games, or join the kids’ club. There’s a reasonably priced little shop in the hotel for basics like sunscreen, floats, and rubber rings.

A good value family resort with really friendly staff and something for all ages. There are four hotels in one, with a range of pools, kid-friendly areas, slides, play spaces, activities and water sports through the day, plus evening events. The events team are great. All inclusive guests can use the snack bar for finger food, sandwiches, fruit and other snacks. Meals are tasty and varied. Gym entry is included too, and it’s very well equipped with Technogym machines. We’ll be back!
