We were there for almost two weeks and found the reception staff kind and helpful whenever we needed something. Our apartment was clean, with a roomy balcony and an incredible sea view. A few pieces of equipment were missing, but it was alright. Clean towels cost extra only if you stay less than a week. The location worked well for us, about a 10-15 minute walk from both the city centre and the nearest beach. There is a 200euros deposit when you arrive, but I don't think there should be a problem getting it back if you leave the apartment as you found it. The pool rules are pretty strict, though not many people used it anyway. Honestly, I don't really get all the negative reviews. It's a good option for a vacation in Lloret de Mar.

We paid a €200 deposit before we could enter, and kept getting messages warning that it wouldn't be returned if we did this or that. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and even a simple request for coffee felt like a burden. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the apartment was dirty, with dusty, dirty sheets. It was a miserable stay, far from the relaxing holiday we'd hoped for. We booked 4 nights expecting 3 separate single beds and a sofa bed, but found only one bed and a sofa. Reception said, "There's nothing we can do, this is how it works here." The mismatch between what was promised and what we got, along with the poor cleanliness and service, made this the worst holiday experience I've ever had. Terrible establishment. I'd strongly advise people to avoid it. Run for your life!

The employees were really nice, and the place seems fine for young people. They don't mind loud music and things like that. It's relatively cheap, so I guess you can't expect too much. The room was okay apart from the shower, which had nothing to stop the water spreading. Within a day, the whole bathroom was wet and dirty. The balcony is tiny too. The apartment is on a small hill, and walking back after a long day or a heavy night is exhausting.

Getting up the hill is a mission, though the main strip is about a 10 min walk away. Xavi was amazing, super friendly, and made sure we were all happy and had everything we needed. Compared with the other reviews, we actually thought the apartment was nice. It felt fairly modern and clean next to the other cheap hotels and apartments we looked at. Towels and bedding cost €2, and the €120 deposit was listed on the website. We had a very good holiday! (:

We stayed for a week, me and 4 mates, and it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. You pay extra for towels and bed sheets, and there are no cleaners until you leave. The receptionists don't take complaints seriously. Security is a complete wet wipe: make even a tiny bit of noise and he'll call the police and give you 20 minutes to get out. Luckily, we compromised and stayed for the rest of our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
