Óscar's service really stood out. The stay felt so welcoming, and breakfast was high quality. A fantastic experience!

The room was fantastic, and the service from both Oscar and Antonio was excellent. Those croquettes were a real treat.

The apartment is really nice, but the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, a very unfriendly man in the bar, bald and wearing glasses, didn't even say hello, just asked for my ID. He told us breakfast started at 9:30. We went in at 9:25 the next morning and he again didn't greet us, only said the bar was closed. When I reminded him about breakfast at 9:30, he said it wouldn't be ready until 10 because there was no cook. It was snowing heavily and we had to get back to Madrid, so we left without eating. The person on the phone was super friendly. They should hire someone more pleasant to deal with.

The weekend in the area was wonderful, but our experience with the service at Pepi Home was a real shame. This wasn't just one bad moment: every interaction with this person, whether employee, owner, or something else, was excessively unpleasant and tactless, and felt very unprofessional. They seemed to have little interest in treating us respectfully. Because they were late, we had to leave without the breakfast included in the price. This gentleman clearly had no desire to serve us breakfast. One star, since I can't give zero.
