The location is the main draw, right by Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, with clubs, restaurants, public transport and flamenco venues nearby. There are also plenty of food options open 24 hours, so arriving late isn’t a problem. Check-in is available around the clock, and our room stayed quiet despite the noise outside. It has air conditioning and was fine for resting after a day exploring the city. The room is basic, with a bed, table, hangers, spacious bathroom and shower, and turndown service. There’s no safe or fridge, and it felt a little gloomy, though that’s understandable for the price. An older male staff member was abrupt and unwelcoming at check-in. A younger member of staff was much nicer and helpful. You only really need to talk to staff when checking in and out.

The hotel is right in the center, a few minutes’ walk from Sol metro, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. My room was quiet, and the air conditioning made sleeping comfortable. Everything seemed brand new, freshly painted, clean and very comfortable. They changed my sheets every day and left fresh towels, which smelled amazing. I highly recommend it.

Easy enough to find at first, and right in the center with everything close by. Comfortable, clean and great value.

There’s no lift, but the rooms are clean and warm.

The room itself was nice, and the staff who helped us check in and out were really lovely. But we couldn’t get any rest because a club downstairs played music until 5 a.m. every day. The location may look ideal, but that noise made the stay difficult.
