The staff were friendly and really helpful. At the front desk, a woman gave me a town map and marked places I might want to see, noting where the steep hills were. There’s also a spiral staircase from the courtyard up to the roof terrace, with 360° views across town and the countryside. The courtyard itself has outdoor seating as an alternative to the airy breakfast room. Breakfast had hot and cold choices, plus tea, coffee, or fruit juice. My room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony looking out over rolling hills to the horizon. There was a mini bar with water, beer, and soft drinks at unusually reasonable prices. I would’ve liked a kettle and tea and coffee in the room, but otherwise it was faultless. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a complimentary bag of necessary bathroom accessories. I booked for one night based on the location and price. It’s budget-priced, but offers much more than that. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Arcos.

Breakfast was really good, and they have parking, which is hard to come by in this neighborhood. The rooms are on the small side, but the price reflects that. It’s super clean, with great service. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Lovely room and a nice place to stay, with friendly, helpful people. There’s a great restaurant around the corner for dinner, and the town is amazing, with unbelievable views. Breakfast is served in a special area.

The included breakfast was perfect, with quality food and plenty of choice: sandwiches, pastries, yogurts, different juices, seasonal fruit, and more. That kind of variety for the price is rare in hotels around the region. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped, including a mini bar fridge and great toiletry packs. The rooms were easy to rest in, with proper AC and noise isolation. Set right in the middle of charming medieval Arcos de la Frontera, this hotel delivered on what it promised. The old space is kept clean, tidy, and in good condition, and it feels elegant, airy, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and natural, and there were plenty of them. It’s a 3-star hotel without extras like a pool or spa service, which made sense for the type of place and service. I’d rather have good service than a hotel advertising everything just to sell, like some scam. Parking in this lovely city is a challenge, but the hotel offers a reasonable one night rate of about 11€ to leave your car right in the city center. We loved the tile designs through the corridors, an elegant nod to local and southern Spanish culture.
