The hotel told us to cancel after saying we couldn't arrive before its newly stated 22:00 closing time, even though Booking.com showed check-in until 23:00. They said we'd get our money back, but then wouldn't accept the cancellation. Booking.com tried to reach them and got no response for days, just like we did. I wouldn't trust this place. They changed the policy at the last minute, promised a refund after their own mistake, then ignored us.

We got good value for the money, and the staff were great when we realized we'd left something behind. Check-in was easy: someone arrived with the keys within the promised five minutes. The fridge and microwave were useful too.

Calling this a guesthouse feels like a stretch. There's no reception or help, and the host is nowhere to be found. He doesn't speak any foreign languages and apparently thought he could sort things out over the phone. The rooms are dirty, smell strongly of mold, and feel like cells. Pretty mediocre.
