The apartment is roomy, but the problems are hard to overlook. The lift wasn't working, and the building is under embargo and doesn't have a first occupancy certificate. There's no office for the company either. Inside, the kitchen seems unsafe: the sink and stove are barely 10 cm apart, and cooking downstairs sends smells through the hood. There's no oven for things like chicken, fish, or pizza, and no clothesline, so laundry has to dry in the living room. The TV there is about the size of a tablet. I wouldn't give the master bedroom bed to my dog. I could go on, but I don't recommend it at all.
