Laura was professional, kind, and attentive the whole time. We were only there for two nights on our way to Asturias with our pet, but the apartment was such a pleasant surprise. It was clean, laid out well, and close to the square. Thanks, we'll come back when we have more time.

The manager was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and the apartment is only a couple of minutes from the town center while still being quiet. Everything felt new and clean. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, toiletries, a TV, and air conditioning. There's also a full bathroom with a great shower, plus a living room with a comfortable two-person sofa, another TV, air conditioning, a table, and two chairs. The place is spectacular for a fair price in beautiful, culture-filled Arevalo. They also have a restaurant in the center, with suckling pig as its star dish and plenty of other high-quality food. Service there was perfect.

We were delighted with the two apartments we rented. Both were spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything needed for personal hygiene. Laura, the owner, is lovely. We also ate at her restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Simply spectacular, highly recommend it.

Apartment B is quite dark, with little natural light, and its bedroom window faces an interior courtyard shared with a restaurant kitchen. There was also a strong sewage smell throughout the apartment. We told the owner, who suggested closing the sink drain and bathroom door, but the smell remained. The price feels too high for what the apartment offers, especially compared with Apartment A, which is in better condition and, in my view, better value. I've stayed in both. We only found out the day before arriving that bringing our pet had an extra cost, and by then there was no way to change or cancel the booking. The charge is mentioned in the accommodation details, but I found it hard to spot. On the positive side, Laura took time to help with a hot water problem we also had on our last night, and we appreciate her effort and attention.
