Casa Rural Quijote Y Sancho

The owner was very friendly, though we felt we’d paid a little too much. My only complaint was the very soft mattresses. Otherwise, it’s a typical village house, well maintained and equipped with all the amenities.

We had everything we needed, and it was lovely to gather as a family by the fireplace with our little one. The house is immaculate and well cared for, close to the town’s main street and the birthplace of "Don Quixote." Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at this house several times and like Quijote y Sancho. But this last visit was awful because of the owner’s attitude. She told us to go to another house, saying people were already at the one we’d booked, even though she had rented it to us about nine months earlier. When we explained how many people were coming, she said something different and took us to a much smaller, more expensive house with fewer rooms than the one we’d reserved. It felt very unprofessional. She hadn’t told us our booked house was occupied, and after taking us to the other place, she drove off without a word or even an apology. We really didn’t like how she treated us this time.
