Hotel Arganda

Breakfast at a local cafe was included, and it was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the little rooms with their mini kitchenettes. Everything felt very clean, the bed was comfy, and getting into the room with a keypad was easy.

The room initially smelled strongly of tobacco, but reception dealt with it quickly. They offered a refund right away, though that wasn't workable for me after booking a month ahead, especially since finding another room at short notice would have been difficult and expensive. Instead, they came up and cleaned, and the smell was gone in under half an hour. Things were fine after that. They were attentive and willing to help, and I hope the issue doesn't happen if I stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect, right in the town center. Still, the price felt too high for what you get. The bathroom is part of the room and doesn't even have a proper door, just a sliding, folding plastic one that gives you no privacy.

We were treated wonderfully, and they made everything easy while we were traveling with our pet. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a few days. The location is unbeatable, right in the center. We'll be back.
