The location is unbeatable, near all the main sights, and Setas is within walking distance. Check-in was so welcoming and kind, and he even upgraded us to a room with a terrace. Our room was very quiet, though we visited midweek, which might have helped. Breakfast was sufficient, but I would have liked a few more hot items. I can see why this hotel gets such great reviews. We’d definitely stay again if we return!

We had a good-sized room that was clean and comfortable. The hotel is nice and well located, with convenient private parking underneath the building. There’s also a big breakfast buffet for €15 per person.

The lounge team even made a long wait before my late flight from Seville easy: they kept my bags and let me stay in the bar area as long as I needed, although I couldn't keep the room. That kind of service says a lot. I travel for work and this hotel is in my top three. I was here for two nights last weekend, and the room, breakfast, reception, bar, and cleanliness were all fantastic. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke several languages. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.

Breakfast had an outstanding range, and the room was fabulous. The hotel is in Triana, with good shops and restaurants around it; the historic centre is about a ten-minute walk away. I stayed four nights and would definitely come back.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was good. If you take showers often, ask for extra towels since there’s nowhere to hang the wet ones.
