I had booked three nights for August 2020 but had to cancel because of COVID restrictions. They said I couldn't get a refund, but that they'd email me a credit voucher for a later booking. The voucher never arrived, and they ignored my later emails.

The room was too dark, and there were far too many mosquitoes.
