We ended up paying more than the original place, even though the replacement was supposed to be better. We’d chosen the first one for convenience, with a restaurant and bar after a long drive, but they moved us somewhere with neither. Never again.

I found this place on Agoda while searching for a pet-friendly hotel. It was listed as pet friendly, and I mentioned my dog in the booking, which was accepted. Then they told me they don’t allow pets and refused to refund me. This is fraud. Don’t book here. They’re replying to me on Agoda as if they don’t know what they’re talking about, even though that’s where I booked. Agoda Customer Service told me the host has to refund the booking, but the host is trying to intimidate me with false accusations. They also threatened legal action over a review that’s 100% true, and I have proof of every detail. Now you know what their other reviews are worth. Do not book here!

The owner is fantastic and made us feel like family. We spent three nights at this spectacular hotel, where everything felt special and was very clean, including the really comfortable beds. The food at their restaurant, Chuchy, was wonderful too. Highly recommended!
