10/10
Street parking was available, and there were several good food options nearby. The new oriental restaurant, a two-minute walk down the road, impressed me a lot. The hotel also has a lovely breakfast buffet with choices that suited the kids, and they cater for vegans too. It's kid friendly, with a few families staying while I was there. My favorite part was how the woman who checked me in helped me figure out what to see and made recommendations. I already had my own list, but it was nice to hear from someone local. The windows also kept out highway noise well, even though the hotel is just off the highway. It made a great base for exploring both nature and Granada's history.

It was clean, so I was happy with that, but the actual rooms didn't match the photos and need freshening up. I expected the quality to be a bit better. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms, so bring earplugs :)

The room, beds, bathroom, and shower were clean. Having the bathroom and shower in the middle of the room was a little unusual, but it was fine.

I found bed bugs in my room on the first night, and had to leave at 4 a.m. It ruined the stay. The room was in poor condition too, with questionable cleanliness and an uncomfortable bed. A horrible experience, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The food they served for breakfast was barely edible, even though it was supposed to be breakfast food. In the room, the pillows and blankets were dirty, and the bathroom offered almost no privacy, with barely any space between it and the beds. When we raised concerns and complaints, customer service didn't seem to care. This hotel is an urban nightmare to me. Never again!
