Vibe Stay Granada

I was made to feel unwelcome while waiting for a confirmation. The reception area was empty, but the receptionist repeatedly came over and pressured me to leave. I was a paying guest, and that treatment felt unprofessional and unacceptable. I've never had an experience like it. The room wasn't as advertised on Booking.com, and the facilities weren't clean. I had planned to return next year with my cousin for uni, but after this stay I'll choose somewhere else. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because every guest should be treated respectfully and professionally.

I booked a room through booking.com and was given something completely different. They also advertised air conditioning, but there wasn't any. A horrible experience. Avoid this place if you care about honesty, accurate listings, and getting what you paid for.

The tram and bus station is close by, which makes getting around easy. The accommodations are amazing and brand new for a visit to Granada!

The front desk staff were the only bright spot. They were kind and professional, doing their best in awful circumstances, and deserve better. Almost everything else was a letdown. Staff entered my room without knocking or warning, and sometimes I came back to find my belongings moved. It felt invasive and deeply unprofessional. The room itself was dirty, including grimy, dusty windows that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was built. The air conditioning ran for about ten minutes, then died noisily, and nobody seemed willing or able to fix it. Sleeping there felt like being in a sauna. The view was also poor in most cases. About 75% of rooms look straight at the wall of the building across the street, with no sunlight, privacy, or atmosphere. The pool was tiny and overcrowded in person, nothing like its big, luxurious look in the photos. And the food was awful, as if it were microwaved frozen leftovers or carelessly thrown together. I questioned whether it was safe to eat. From start to finish, this was a disaster. Don't be fooled by the photos or fake reviews. I think this place is a health risk and a privacy nightmare. Spend your money somewhere else.
