The apartment might suit a couple willing to stay inside with insecticide in hand, but for the money, that was a problem. As soon as we walked in, flies were everywhere. We hadn't been told there was a farm less than 100 meters away. Between the smell, flies, and wasps, it was impossible to spend time outside, and the balcony was unusable. We couldn't use the barbecue either: it sat in full sun all day, right next to the farm. There were so many flies that we felt trapped indoors.

Everything we needed was in the house, and the hosts were attentive to everyone and every detail. It's in a very quiet little village, and we couldn't find anything negative to say. Highly recommended. Thanks so much for everything, we'll be back.

The location and surrounding area are exceptional, but the place sold as a loft is really a converted tool shed. There's no window in the living area, so the lights have to stay on all the time. A simple doorway connects it to the apartment above, and sometimes it feels as though the neighbors are right there in your space. It's literally beside a sheepfold, so flies are always around.

In a very quiet village beside the Ports Natural Park, this is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment for one or two people is very good, and you can park right beside it. It's at the end of the village near one of the entrances, with a sheep farm as a neighbor, though it isn't a nuisance.
